ACTIVITIES

The WONDERFUL initiative intends to set out on an ambitious journey to encourage young women to be entrepreneurs, with a particular emphasis on the handmade cosmetics and sustainable business sectors. primarily, the project begins with comprehensive project management (WP1), which makes sure that every action is in line with the project's goal.

The creation of a training model (WP2), intended to give prospective female entrepreneurs the tools they need to start businesses in the handmade cosmetics sector. To enable accessible and efficient learning, this entails developing a customized training program, an educational toolkit, and an online learning environment.

As the project progresses, the implementation of training (WP3) takes center stage. This phase involves a multifaceted approach to education, including virtual staff training, the mobility of youth workers in Greece for hands-on experience, and a series of webinars and virtual seminars to deepen the participants' knowledge.

A virtual evaluation meeting ensures the effectiveness and relevance of the training content.

Finally, the WONDERFUL project broadens its impact through an outreach campaign (WP4), aiming to inspire and engage a wider audience. This includes the organization of transnational partners meetings, an international outreach campaign to raise awareness, the development of case studies to showcase success stories, local training events and seminars for community engagement, and additional transnational partners meetings to foster collaboration and share insights.

Through these interconnected activities, WONDERFUL aims to empower young women with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to succeed in the sustainable business and handmade cosmetics fields.
