The Project
WONDERFUL is a European Project dedicated to developing entrepreneurship skills for young women, particularly in the handmade cosmetics industry. Through creating educational materials, conducting training sessions, and engaging in communication activities, the project aims to foster practical skills and empower women in this sector. Additionally, it equips youth workers with innovative tools and methods for sustainable entrepreneurship education.
The WONDERFUL project is a unique and innovative initiative that aims to empower young women by providing them with the education and skills they need to succeed in the growing field of hand-made cosmetics.
The project’s focus on naturalness, health, and environmental sustainability in cosmetics is in line with the priorities set forth by the European Commission and addresses the need for a more intelligent, green, and digital world. The project’s emphasis on Non-Formal-Learning methodologies and a Work-Based-Learning approach provides young women with a collaborative, transformative learning experience that is designed to educate and empower them. The focus on hand-made cosmetics made with natural ingredients not only provides consumers with a healthier alternative but also helps promote environmental sustainability.
The WONDERFUL project is an important initiative that addresses the unemployment rate and provides young women with employability skills that are in demand.
